That’s right, you heard me!
Over the years of sharpening shears the most common complaint I have heard is that the stylist Shears are pulling my hair. I don’t think I have to tell you that if you want to keep your costumers and keep them happy you have to STOP doing that.
Not only will it hurt the client but it will also hurt your pocket book as well. When your shears are so dull that it pulls instead of cutting hair it’s time to get them sharpened. When your shears are pulling there is another big reason to get them sharpened, they are causing split ends.
So how do you fix this, you get your shears sharpened by a Certified Sharpener every 6-8 weeks.
If you do not live in my area, here is something else you can do:
Go to www.findasharpener.com search by State, City or Zip. Of course I would like for you to call me but ultimately I would like for you to call someone to make sure your tools are sharpened and well taken care of. Your tools are as important as a good relationship with your customers, take care of them and in turn you will have many years with them.
